4 Week
Energy Reset Intensive
Each week you'll receive a 45-minute energy healing session followed by 75 minutes of tailored coaching and integration, where you'll learn how to work with your own energy in a way that feels intuitive, sustainable, and unique to you.
Together we'll identify and clear energetic blocks, release stagnant energy, and create space for you to reconnect with your intuition, your body, and your natural state of flow.
Rather than relying on someone else to "fix" your energy, you'll develop practical tools that allow you to support yourself every day. You'll learn how to recognize when your energy feels contracted, shift from avoidance into conscious action, and cultivate a grounded sense of openness that carries into every area of your life.
Throughout the four weeks we'll explore each of the seven chakra energy centers, gently opening and balancing them to support physical vitality, emotional resilience, spiritual connection, and a deeper sense of inner alignment.
Because no two people experience energy the same way, every session is customized to your needs. This intimate container is designed to help you discover your own language of energy - so you leave not only feeling lighter and more open, but knowing how to return to that state again and again.
This intensive is for you if you're ready to:
-
Release stagnant energy and recurring emotional patterns
-
Deepen your connection with your intuition
-
Feel more grounded, open, and present in your daily life
-
Learn practical energetic tools you can use for the rest of your life
-
Experience lasting shifts through individualized guidance and healing
By the end of our four weeks together, you'll have both experienced profound energetic transformation and developed the confidence to continue supporting yourself long after the container has ended.

About Rolfing®
and Energy Work
Rolfing®, also known as Structural Integration, is a hands-on bodywork approach that works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to improve alignment, movement, and balance within gravity. It is especially effective for chronic pain, postural imbalances, restricted movement, repetitive strain, and long-standing patterns related to injury, stress, or compensation. Rolfing is most effective when received as the traditional 10-Series, a progressive sequence designed to support whole-body change rather than isolated symptom relief.
I integrate this structural work with energy work to help clear energetic blocks that can interfere with the body’s natural flow and communication. When energy is restricted, the body often compensates with tension, holding, or inefficient movement patterns. By addressing these blocks, energy work supports circulation, nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of ease—allowing the structural changes from Rolfing to integrate more fully.
Together, this approach supports improved alignment, freer movement, reduced pain, and a deeper sense of coherence and embodiment—helping the body not just feel better, but function better as a whole.

FAQ
-
Does Rolfing® hurt?
-
Not the way I practice it. While Rolfing has a reputation for being intense, my approach is rooted in deep listening rather than force. I'm highly attuned to your body's responses and work with your nervous system—not against it. Rather than pushing through tension, I create the conditions for your body to soften, reorganize, and change naturally. Many clients are surprised by how much can shift without pain. You may experience moments of intensity, but discomfort is never the goal. My intention is always to meet your body where it is and facilitate lasting change with precision, presence, and care.

-
How is Rolfing different from massage?
-
While both involve touch, the intention is different. Massage is generally focused on relaxation or relieving muscle tension. Rolfing looks at how your entire body is organized and how different areas relate to one another. The goal is lasting structural change, not just temporary relief.

-
What is energy healing?
-
Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports your body's natural ability to restore balance. During a session, I work intuitively with your energetic system to help release areas of stagnation, regulate the nervous system, and create space for greater clarity, ease, and well-being. Each experience is unique because every person brings something different into the room.
-
-
Do I have to believe in energy healing for it to work?
-
No. You don't have to believe in it or have any previous experience. I simply invite you to come with an open mind and notice what you experience. Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, more grounded, or with a greater sense of clarity.
-
-
What might I experience during a session?
-
Everyone's experience is different. You may notice warmth, tingling, gentle waves of emotion, vivid imagery, a sense of peace, or simply deep relaxation. Some people feel subtle shifts during the session and notice more significant changes unfolding over the following days.
-
-
Can energy healing help with stress or anxiety?
-
Many people seek energy healing to feel more grounded, centered, and emotionally balanced. While it isn't a substitute for medical or mental health care, it can be a supportive practice for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself.

ROLFING® 10 SERIES

The Rolfing® 10 Series is a structured, systematic approach to bodywork designed to realign and balance the body through manipulation of the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, this method views the body as an integrated whole, aiming not just to relieve pain or tension, but to reorganize the entire structure for more ease, efficiency, and vitality.
Why is it Effective?
-
Fascia holds our history—physical injuries, emotional stress, and habitual patterns all leave a mark. Rolfing unwinds these at the structural level.
-
It addresses the whole body, not just symptoms—so the effects are more lasting.
-
It promotes better posture, movement efficiency, and breath capacity—all of which support health and vitality.
-
Many people report feeling taller, more aligned, emotionally clearer, and even more confident after the series.
-
It creates a new relationship between gravity and the body—the body moves with more ease and less effort.
10 Series Overview
Session 1: Free the Breath
The first session is devoted to enhancing the quality of breath with work on the arms, ribcage and diaphragm. Opening is also started along the upper leg, hamstrings, neck and spine.
Session 3: Length up the Sides
Lengthening the sides means opening up the space between the lower ribs and pelvis. The low-back, often a source of imbalance, can find freedom of movement and a greater sense of ease.
Session 5: Continuing Through the Pelvis
In session five, we continue the focus toward the anterior lumbar spine from the thighs to the diaphragm to help the pelvis become a better support for structures that are above it.
Session 7: Orient the Head on the Spine
Now that the pelvis is more settles, we must balance the 'upper pole' over it. The head, neck and chest need their own sense of direction and support for the system to feel complete.
Session 9: Integration Across the Body
Motion through the body is best balanced when it crosses to the other side of the body. This 'contra-lateral' movement gives fluidity and power to the body.
Session 2: Find Support
The second session helps give the body a stable foundation by balancing the foot and muscles of the lower leg. The intention of this session is to better connect you to the ground to create a strong support.
Session 4: Opening the Bottom of the Core
Session 4 starts the work of the core sessions, we begin work of deeper structures of the body. Session 4 works with the arch, inner leg and pelvic floor to achieve a 'base' of support for everything above it.
Session 6: Free the Sacrum
As the pelvis opens from below and through the front, the sacrum in the back has started to feel a new sense of potential. This 'sacred bone' is really the bottom of the spine and by giving it space, the spine can start to feel longer and more free.
Session 8: Integration Begins
Now that the body is more aligned in gravity, we must give it dynamic balance. We start to revisit areas of particular stress to promote a greater ease of movement across the whole system.
Session 10: Whole Body Integration
The ankles, knees, hips, waist, chest shoulders and cranium are sections of the body where movement gets restricted. Session ten looks to bring the series to a close by opening these horizontals and balancing them.
