"When the body gets working appropriately, the force of gravity can flow through. Then, spontaneously, the body heals itself."
- Ida P. Rolf

What is Rolfing?
Rolfing® is a holistic approach to musculoskeletal issues that works on improving the body's structure and alignment. It helps to relieve pain, improve posture and balance, and increase flexibility. Rolfing is traditionally given in a 10 session series. To get the full long-term benefits of Rolfing, it is suggested you move through the entire 10 series.

I begin each session by actively listening to my clients’ concerns and current sensations in their bodies. I conduct a thorough assessment that includes walking, breathing, and basic movements to identify what is functioning well and what feels restricted. Once on the table, I help you ground and connect with your body. I focus on releasing fascial tension through touch, movement, and your own awareness, unwinding patterns that restrict your freedom of movement. My approach is deeply intuitive; I listen to your body and move with intention, engaging in a conversation that allows me to respond to your unique needs and experiences.

The goal with all of my sessions is to help improve your relationship with your body and find alignment and ease as you interact with the world around you. Rolfing is designed to help your body come back to its natural alignment so you can spend less energy fighting gravity and put more energy towards what is alive in you.
Rolfing and Energy Work
This session weaves together the deep, structural work of Rolfing with the intuitive flow of energy healing. Through slow, focused touch, we release patterns held in the fascia and realign the body’s structure. Layered into this is gentle energetic work—subtle yet powerful—to clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and support emotional integration. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected—in your body and your whole being.
