Follow-Up Sessions (Rolfing & Energy)
Service Description
Book these sessions only if we have started the 10 series. This session weaves together the deep, structural work of Rolfing with the intuitive flow of energy healing. Through slow, focused touch, we release patterns held in the fascia and realign the body’s structure. Layered into this is gentle energetic work—subtle yet powerful—to clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and support emotional integration. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected—in your body and your whole being.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy Life happens, and I understand that schedules sometimes need to change. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client and keep my practice running smoothly. If you need to cancel due to sickness or emergency, please reach out and we will reschedule your session. Sessions canceled without 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with option to apply this cancellation fee to your next appointment if you reach out and we discuss the circumstances. No shows are charged a 50% fee with out reimbursement. Thank you for respecting my time and energy, and for supporting a sustainable practice.
