Service Description
This extended first session combines Rolfing Structural Integration with energy work to establish a strong foundation for your care. We’ll begin with a brief intake conversation to review your health history, current concerns, and goals, followed by a full bodywork session tailored to your needs. The hands-on work addresses patterns of tension and imbalance in the fascia, helping the body organize more efficiently in gravity, while energy work supports nervous system regulation and clears energetic blocks to encourage freer flow throughout the body. This session allows extra time to move slowly and intentionally, giving your body space to respond and integrate. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss observations and determine whether the Rolfing 10 Series or another approach is the best next step. Required for all new clients.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy Life happens, and I understand that schedules sometimes need to change. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client and keep my practice running smoothly. If you need to cancel due to sickness or emergency, please reach out and we will reschedule your session. Sessions canceled without 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with option to apply this cancellation fee to your next appointment if you reach out and we discuss the circumstances. No shows are charged a 50% fee with out reimbursement. Thank you for respecting my time and energy, and for supporting a sustainable practice.
